Technology should be used to simplify our lives. At the same time, the New York Legislature seems to want to complicate them.

The preparation of a judgment in New York State which includes future damages in excess of $250,000.00 is one of the most frustrating and confusing ordeals any lawyer has to undertake. My goal in this article is to provide simple technological tools to assist and simplify the process.
